What you will be doing

We presently have 2 products, both based on Laravel (PHP). One has MongoDB + Angular JS stack (e-Learning platform) and one has MySQL + HTML stack (scheduling + video conferencing platform). You will be responsible for:
Taking control of the development of these products, work in association with outsourced teams to maintain and build these platforms.
Implementing and maintaining features in Kraftshala’s applications, web services and products.
Interacting with product and design teams to spec, build, test and deploy new features
Improving testing, streamlining product releases and maintain product quality
Understanding and implementing security and data protection
Maintaining code integrity and organisation
Designing overall architecture of the web application.
Maintaining quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
Collaborating with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.

What you need

Engineering degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a tier 1 engineering college
Minimum experience of 2-3 years of building web and mobile applications and services on the web platform with PHP (Laravel), MongoDB 7, MySQL, Exposure to AWS, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS – Strong product and design sensibilities and an obsessive attention to detail.
Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements.
Strong communication skills, get-things-done attitude, and empathy
Comfortable working across the stack including prototyping, development, testing and deployment
Able to take complex problems and break them down into smaller tasks
Comfortable with iterative development practices and code reviews
Deep understanding of software development principles`

As Communication Design specialist you will be designing and executing elements for our Product (Website and Learning Platform), in-curriculum videos, and for our communication out reaches across channels.

What You’ll Do

– Design graphics to aid product branding for all our Digital and Offline platforms (Banners, creative images, GIFs, animations, videos, infographics etc.)

– Design product wireframes and layouts (website, learning platform, other platforms)
