CURRICULUM


Duration: 0.5 week

In this module you will start by learning a business perspective to sales and marketing and understand the role that digital media plays in it.

We cover the following:

  • Consumer Lifetime Value and Consumer Acquisition Cost
  • The Business Process: Insight to Business Strategy
  • Product Innovation/Renovation
  • Communication Strategy
  • Media and Activation
  • Customer Support

Duration: 1 week

In this module we start how all businesses start – with a problem or an idea. But we do what most people forget to do. We break down the problem before jumping to solutions. We create different hypotheses across consumer, the brand’s proposition, channels, media, and copies, etc. to narrow down on one specific problem that is solvable and would give us maximum benefits.

We will discuss:

  • A birds eye view of marketing process
  • Creating logic paths
  • The Growth Equation Framework for solving all business problems
  • Examples of the logic paths across various industries

Duration: 2 weeks

In this module we test each hypothesis that we created in the previous module using hardcore research and data analysis to uphold or negate each of our hypotheses so that we know what to work on.

We cover the following:

  • Primary research – The subtle art of understanding the unsaid
  • Keyword research – The goldmine of consumer information
  • Social Listening & Google Alerts, Trends – Being always on and listening in
  • Google Analytics – making sense of your own website data

Duration: 1 week

In this module, we now arrive at exactly who is our user & what do we need to convince them of.

We figure out how should this proposition be made to the user: what benefits should we write about? Why would they believe in my benefit? What are the fears, triggers, and barriers of the user that I can work upon to convince them to make that purchase? A changed word in the sentence can make all the difference. Are you watching closely?

Before we get to running the ads – there is this one more crucial step – of fixing the product itself and this module covers that.

This module covers the page where users would be landing after clicking on our ads. That is our Product. This is what converts your leads and gives you the conversion: the gold.

In this module, we decide on the KPIs and accordingly choose the channels basis the TG that we want to go after.
