  • Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi-NCR emerged as dominant hiring hubs, contributing to 67% of the roles. 
  • Bangalore remains the top choice for competitive compensation, with 28% of roles in the city offering higher CTCs.

Data in the above Digital Marketing Hiring Trends report is based on a set of 765 roles floated in 2024 as a part of Kraftshala’s placement processes for 3 programs – Marketing Launchpad, Marketing Launchpad (Emerging Talent – Hinglish) and Content and Social Media Launchpad. For every role floated, the number of openings varied depending on the company.

Minimum CTC for roles floated for our Marketing Launchpad and Content and Social Media Launchpad programs is Rs. 4.5 Lakhs and for Emerging Talent Program (In Hinglish) is Rs. 3 Lakhs. Highest CTC was Rs. 9.2 Lakhs in 2024.
