
Nishtha Jain is the Head of Marketing at Kraftshala, largest marketing jobs providing edtech platform in India.
She comes with over a decade’s experiencing in sales, marketing, and branding. At Kraftshala, she spearheads the strategic direction and execution of innovative marketing campaigns aimed at promoting job-linked programmes in sales and marketing. With a vision to revolutionize the higher education ecosystem, Nishtha is dedicated to empowering a million students to launch successful careers through transformative educational initiatives.
Prior to joining the company, she served as the Brand Manager for Maggi at Nestlé, where she navigated one of the most challenging periods in the brand's history. Demonstrating remarkable resilience and strategic acumen, Nishtha played a major role in planning Maggi's successful re-launch, ensuring a robust return to the market.
Nishtha also co-founded Seascape Deli, an ambitious venture aimed at catering to seafood enthusiasts with premium-quality offerings. The venture provided her with valuable insights into consumer behaviour and preferences, further enriching her understanding of market dynamics.
Nishtha has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
