What you will be doing

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle starting from conceptualization, creation of product roadmap & strategy, incorporation of best practices, managing product launches & continuous improvements.
  • Dissect and understand core user flow, learning experience, and engagement mechanics as well as the metrics to which they are tied
  • Understand and grasp project requirements, write specs and effectively communicate the same to dev teams and other stakeholder teams. Work with them to figure the most elegant solutions.
  • Create examples through wire frames and mock ups
  • Leverage analytics data and user feedback to identify & resolve pain points and continuously improve learning and experience.
  • Analyse feature performance & device solvable methods /fixes by working with dev team.
  • Prioritise features, requests, asks from various teams, keeping in mind user impact, business impact & dev costs
  • Be Responsible for driving key conversion and experience metrics.
  • Work with the industry’s leading product leaders to distil new learnings into stories and frameworks that feed into our program content and sessions.

What you need

  • 4 years full-time work experience in product/tech b2c companies
  • 2+ years in an engineering background as you will work closely with engineering team
  • Ability to write great specs with minimal edits & take feedback from multiple perspectives but apply logic & fair hypothesis, data to take independent decisions
  • Sharp eye for detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to lead teams
  • Curiosity and agility to work and grow in a fast paced environment.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment

What you will be doing

We presently have 2 products, both based on Laravel (PHP). One has MongoDB + Angular JS stack (e-Learning platform) and one has MySQL + HTML stack (scheduling + video conferencing platform). You will be responsible for taking control of the development of these products, work in association with outsourced teams to maintain and build these platforms.

Implement and maintain features in Kraftshala’s applications, web services and products
Interact with Product, Design and Engineering teams to spec, build, test anddeploy new features
Improve testing, streamline product releases and maintain product quality

What you need

Experience building applications and services on the web platform withPHP (Laravel), MongoDB 7 MySQL, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS-Strong product and design sensibilities and an obsessive attention to detail
Strong communication skills, get-things-done attitude, and empathy
Comfortable working across the stack including prototyping, development,testing and deployment
Able to take complex problems and break them down into smaller tasks
Comfortable with iterative development practices and code reviews
