It is the only source of preparation which combines content curated with top industry experts currently working in the companies coming for your summers; exercises and assignments to help you gain an edge; and guidance from experienced coaches and mentors to build your own unique CV, functional and behavioral answers. The evaluation process at the end of the program ensures that you are ready for the big day with complete clarity on where you stand and how you can improve.
The course also comes with the INDUSTRYCredsTM certification which results in direct shortlists and interview opportunities with our partnering recruiters.
INDUSTRYCreds™ scores are evaluation scores earned at the end of the program. These are calculated on the basis of 9 Success Keys, which are parameters that reflect leadership and Marketing & Sales aptitude that is used by major recruiters in their own hiring process. These credentials are useful to benchmark yourself against an absolute standard, while also demonstrating your sales and marketing potential. INDUSTRYCreds™ score also forms the basis of rolling out exclusive shortlists/PPIs during summer placements by our partnering recruiters.

The program is for first-year Business School students who want to crack outstanding summer placements when companies visit their campus in the second half of 2019. It is relevant for students with or without prior work experience.
Students interested in Sales, Marketing, General Management, and Consulting companies have benefited from the programs in the last few batches.
This is an open course and you simply have to apply on the website and complete the formalities to join the course.
We are a team of ex-Brand Managers and ex-Sales Managers from top companies like HUL, Nestle, etc who lead content creation at Kraftshala to bridge the gap between what we are taught at B-Schools vs what the industry wants. Additionally, we also partner with hiring managers and subject matter experts from leading companies to figure the skills to be demonstrated in the placement process in every season. The SummersPro course is designed to help our students build and demonstrate these skills through a conceptual understanding of real-world sales and marketing, and advanced personal branding techniques.
These exercises that you submit also contribute towards your INDUSTRYCreds™ score which forms the basis of rolling out exclusive shortlists/PPIs during summer placements by our partnering recruiters.
The final evaluation interviews would be taken by an expert interviewer panel. This team comprises of industry professionals shortlisted and trained to maintain a consistent and enriching interview experience that conforms to industry standards.
The mentors consist of industry professionals currently working in firms like Unilever, ITC, P&G, BCG, etc. The interactions will help you clear the doubts you might have pertaining to your career options, life in a b-school, placements, etc.
The mentorship that comes as part of the program is recommended to be used for CV preparation as our panel of experts have a rich and diverse experience of shortlisting and training students for placements. You can book this mentorship with any expert listed on our platform with KraftCoins which come as a part of the course fees. You can also earn more KraftCoins in many ways to earn more mentorships during and after the course.
The course has a flexible schedule allowing students to learn and practice at their own pace and is adjusted to each campus’s specific schedule. The program requires 5 hours of work every week for a total of 3 weeks including online lectures and assignments. The schedule will be adjusted to major campus events such as exams, committee elections, project submissions, etc. That said, it is possible to complete the program even before you join the campus.
The SummersPro course is a 5-week course covering only the concepts relevant for Summer Placements. Here the recruiters are looking at a candidates’ potential rather than absolute skill and thus SummersPro course is geared towards helping you crack your dream internship. The courses on Brand Building, Sales Leadership and Integrated Digital marketing are to be taken up once the summer placement process is over to learn and master specific skills in greater details to perform well in your internships to bag a PPO, to crack case competitions through a deeper understanding of business problems and their solutions, and to gain exclusive final placement opportunities basis your INDUSTRYCredsTM score in your respective course.
